Brewster Shaw:
Shaw graduated from Cass City High School in 1963. He pursued a career in Air and Space. Shaw obtained 28 medals during his time in the Vietnam War. In total, Shaw has logged in about five-thousand flight hours in his lifetime. He piloted the Columbia, which was a space craft. On May 6, 2006, he was inducted into the National Space Hall of Fame. Brewster Shaw was born on May 16, 1945 and is currently retired and content at the age of 67.

James Kent Booker:
Brooker was a 1920 graduate of Cass City High School. He attended both Michigan Agricultural College (Michigan State University) and the University of Michigan where he was NCAA Champion 1923 Pole Vault (outdoor) @ 12' 11". In 1924 Booker won a Bronze Medal at the Paris Olympics @ 12' 9 1/2".

Larry MacPhail:
Larry McPhail was an executive innovator in Major League Baseball. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1978. He also served in the army and worked to reach the rank of Colonel. MacPhail raced Thouroughbred Horses, and his son, Lee, was also inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1998. Larry MacPhail was born on February 3, 1890, and passed away on October 1, 1975.
